Microsoft Learning Partner of the Year 2012 video

CTU has won the Microsoft Gold Learning Partner of the Year Award for 2012.
By winning this award we now feel that Microsoft recognises CTU as a strategic partner that has made an acknowledgeable contribution in the ICT learning field.

CTU Training Solutions was established in 1987 and specialises in skills development training across various fields in the ICT industry. CTU, as a training provider in the ICT training and development market, started as a small training centre with only two lecture rooms; 25 years later, it now employs over 220 staff and has a national footprint of 14 locations nationwide.

CTU is unique in its approach to the development of ICT professionals by its commitment to international certification. By placing great value on certification we ensure that the industry requirements for skills development are met every time! We marry this approach with national qualifications and outstanding ICT professionals, developing South Africa's ICT sector. Through CTU Recruits and our Corporate division, it is our mission to bring ICT professionals and companies together.

“CTU competed with two other learning partners at the Microsoft awards, and this has helped us mature as a company and we would like to continue this growth even further”, says Mr. Ronald Meeske, CEO of CTU Training Solutions.  “However, there are many challenges in the country, such as high unemployment and the level of ICT in schools, which CTU would like to penetrate”, he continued.

CTU will launch a cloud campus in March 2013. This campus’ aim is to deliver programmes to all our campuses from a centralised location and it will run on Microsoft Lync. Another aim is to drive other Microsoft technologies and to prepare our career students in the use of these technologies.

Watch this space.  CTU continues to go from good to great!
